After our first conversation, you’ll get a link to my Creative Brief — designed to capture all essential details about your project.

Every project is developed with thoughtful attention to detail, ensuring the final imagery not only showcases your product but also tells your story beautifully.

No matter where you’re located, working together is straightforward: you send your products, and I handle the rest so you can focus on your business.

You’ll stay involved with updates and preview galleries to ensure every image matches your vision.

For optimal results, I recommend sending multiple samples of each product — one pristine version for showcasing packaging, and one for capturing textures, creams, gels, etc.

Please include a return shipping label so I can send the products back after the project is complete and payment is settled.

Your shoot will take place in my studio, where lighting, styling, and every detail are artfully composed to present your products beautifully.

After the shoot, I’ll curate and lightly edit a selection of the strongest images to match your brand’s visual direction.

You’ll receive a preview gallery from which we’ll choose the final images to retouch and deliver.

Once editing is complete, final retouched images will be delivered via a secure, private link (WeTransfer or equivalent), ready for web, social, or print use.

Before I begin final edits, you’ll receive a curated preview gallery of the strongest images — a moment for us to align on your favourites and overall direction.

One round of reshoot adjustments is included to ensure everything feels right (e.g. lighting tweaks, cropping, minor repositioning).
After that, I handle all retouching and refinement in-house, keeping textures natural and tones true to your brand.

Final images are delivered in an online gallery, formatted and ready for your social, web, or print use.
Further adjustments beyond the included round are available for a small additional fee.

For transparency and ease, I offer three thoughtfully designed packages to support your brand at every stage of growth.

To make things simple, payment is divided into two instalments:
• Booking deposit: due upon accepting the proposal to secure your shoot date.
• Final balance: due upon final delivery, as outlined on your invoice.

Your investment includes full commercial usage rights for use across your brand’s website, social media, newsletters, and online marketing.

Extended licensing for third-party advertising placements (such as paid ads, print, retail displays, or collaborations) can be arranged as needed.

Rights are transferred upon full payment and remain non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed.
